Not only have the developers appealed against refusal (the decision now being decided by The Planning Inspectorate), but they have put in a tandem planning application!
Make your observations/comments count! The deadline on letters sent out states deadline -20th April 2017, however the site notice on the planning portal states deadline as 28th April 2017.
