Period for the exercise of public rights – Monday 3rd June 2019 – Friday 12th July 2019.

Please find attached documents relating to the annual audit for Edenthorpe Parish Council. This is accordance with statutory requirements. The documents were submitted to external auditors PKF Littlejohn LLP on 14.5.19.  Receipt has been acknowledged and the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) Part 3 is now in the queue for processing.

New litter pick date – Monday 3rd June 2-4pm

Sindy Merrett  -Stronger Communities Officer  from Doncaster MBC East Team has organised a litter pick as part of National fly – tipping week.  This  will take place on Far Field (Tesco field). Meeting place is the new car park next to Edenthorpe allotments on Church Balk Gardens. Please meet Sindy at 2pm. All equipment will be provided.
