At our Parish Council meeting on Monday we had a lovely visit from Pam Swain. She wanted to let everyone know that there is a Community Social Group which meets every Monday, even on bank holidays (not Christmas Day). This group offers friendship and company, learning skills from each other, making things, playing games or just the fact that you are in a room with other people and not alone.
If you know anyone who is lonely or isolated, try this group out. New friendships can be formed very quickly. Please see attached poster and tell your friends, neighbours and family.
