Making a comment to Bristol Planning Inspectorate

If you wish to make any further comments on the proposed development on Land to the East of Mere Lane you need to contact https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk

Once you have entered the site you will be asked to register, if you haven’t already done so. You will need to create a username, give your email address and then a password. When you have validated your account by going to your emails, you will be ready to make comments.

Go to the section at the right hand-side of the page SEARCH FOR CASE. enter the numbers 3169288 which are the last seven digits of the planning inspectorate’s reference number. You will then be able to click on a box which says make a representation. It should be quite straightforward from here. If anyone has any problems please contact us.

Please find attached the letter received from DMBC regarding the Land East of Mere Lane. All residents who emailed their comments should have received this. Those who wrote to DMBC will receive their letters in the post shortly.

Land to the East of Mere Lane, Edenthorpe.

The Parish Council have received the official letter regarding the 650 houses proposed on Land to the East of Mere Lane. Please note that the application reference is now 17/00001/REF. All the documents and representations from 15/01278/OUTM are now on the planning portal along with many new. Please note that this is being dealt with by the Planning Inspectorate at Bristol so any new comments need to be sent to the addresses below. The deadline is 19th April 2017.

The inspectorates reference – APP/F4410/W/17/3169288  should be placed on all correspondence.

An appeal was lodged with The Planning Inspectorate on 10th February 2017  for the Land East of Mere Lane, Edenthorpe,  new reference number: 17/00001/REF. I have been informed today that the appeal is in progress and this will go to public enquiry. All those who made comments will be notified in due course by DMBC and the public enquiry will be advertised.

Please help Edenthorpe retain its open space,  take photographs of any issues that you might feel will help in our objections to the proposed 650 houses.
