Please find attached Notice of Referendum for Edenthorpe Neighbourhood Development Plan. Look out for your Polling Card/ Postal vote which should be arriving soon.

Edenthorpe, use your vote to answer the question,

Do you want Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Edenthorpe to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”

Edenthorpe Neighbourhood Development Plan

Referendum Date.

‘A Referendum relating to the adoption of the Edenthorpe Neighbourhood Plan will be held on Thursday 19th March 2020. If you are already registered to vote in local elections and live in the Edenthorpe area, you will be eligible to vote in this Referendum.
The Referendum will be conducted in accordance with procedures which are similar to those used at local government elections.
The question which will be asked in the Referendum is:
“Do you want Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Edenthorpe to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”

Edenthorpe Spring Clean CANCELLED wef 16.3.2020

 Litter Pick.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOW CANCELLED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (C OVID-19) AND GOVERNMENT ADVICE GIVEN 16.3.2020

Our next litter pick in Edenthorpe will take place during the second week of the school Easter holidays. The date  – Wednesday 15th April meeting at 10.30am in Tesco overflow car park (the one nearest the traffic lights). All equipment will be provided. It is such a shame that such events have to take place in the first place. We are sadly living in a ‘throw away society.’

We hope to see you there to give our lovely village a Spring Clean.
